Consulting concept

The operation of plants and buildings, whether in industrial maintenance (e.g. for production, intralogistics/material flow technology) or technical facility management, poses great challenges. However, as an operator, there are also opportunities to meet the operator's responsibility and the required goals, such as plant availability or process reliability, in a safe (including legally secure), economical, sustainable and high-quality manner. This requires targeted preparation in order to set up plant operation in line with requirements and structured audits in order to be able to identify and leverage potential for improvement during ongoing plant operation.
In the following, consulting modules for different phases are described, from the procurement of plants and buildings to retrofit/revision or modernization.
The consulting is not to be understood as a specification of best practice. Together with the operator, the operator strategy or parts of it are developed or reviewed and optimized in accordance with the individual situation, the special needs and restrictions. If necessary, additional experts are consulted.
In the consultation process, requirements, processes and contents for the phases of the
described or reviewed and optimised. At the same time, a system for budgeting the operation can be set up.
According to the respective initial situation, a tailor-made offer is agreed with the operator for the desired phases/modules.
If topics and modules need to be followed over a longer period of time, an Interim Management solution can also be agreed.
